What is happening at Erny’s
Little House this year? To start off the year I am having an art show in the Tiger Hills Art Association for the month of February. My open house will be on Feb 6th from 2pm – 4 pm. The name of the show is NATURE IN REVIEW. CLASSES I am will be holding some Oil Painting
classes starting
in Jan 2011. We
will be doing one or two classes a month depending on how many people we can get
to take the classes. We need at
least 8 people per class and we do one in the afternoon and one in the evening
of the same day. I have an art
instructor that comes out to Glenboro from Landmark. The classes cost $55 per class and everything else is
included, including the use of an apron. We
paint for three hours and you get to take a finished painting home with you. Now you are all thinking I can not do this I
have no talent. All you need is
willingness to try and a desire to have lots of fun.
It is easier than you think. If we cannot get enough people to come to a class I will do one on ones
or if you have a friend or two who is also interested bring them with you.
Please phone ahead to set up a date and time. (204-827-2444 or
204-526-5324)
The classes will run from 1pm to 4pm. The
cost for the classes will be decided at a later date. See
chart below for class dates with Kathryn. If
anyone has any pictures in mind or want to learn something different, give me a
call and we will see what we can do. Class
Schedule Feb
11th 1pm – 4 pm “Covered Bridge Oval”
Feb 11th 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm “ Black & White”
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave
with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body,
but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one
hand, martini in the other,
body thoroughly used up, totally
worn out and
screaming “WOO
HOO, what a ride!!” We
have something for everyone: Antiques, crafts, paintings, greeting
cards & gifts for every season and every reason, home made sweaters &
baby clothes and accessories, wellness home products. I will also do baking, noodles, or bread for any one
who wants them. Delivery is
included call for pricing. I will
do special occasions. I
am hoping to have fresh vegetables in the summer. ANTIQUES - If
you have antiques that you want to sell I will consign them if I have room or if
you have a picture, I will put it on my bulletin board.
If you are looking for something special, please let me know.
I might know where you can find it. ·

will also be tour packages for those who want something different on a rainy day
