The Assiniboine RHA, located at 219 Murray Avenue in the Village of Glenboro, includes a hospital, personal care home, and a doctors' clinic all located under one roof. The hospital, built in the early 1950's, has eleven acute care beds and provides emergency and primary health care.
The Health Centre employs a total of 74 full and part-time
staff. The Glenboro Health District is administered by the South Westman Regional Health Authority Board. The Health Authority also operates the Glenboro Ambulance Service staffed by volunteers and the Glenboro Handi-Van Service staffed by a contract driver. Other services provided by the Health District include Meals on Wheels and Adult Day Care. Health care services beyond the scope of the local professionals or
facilities are referred to Brandon Regional Health Centre. Highly
specialized care is referred to Winnipeg hospitals.

addition of the personal care home came in the 1980's and has a twenty-bed
capacity. The Medical Clinic is located on the bottom floor of the the
Health Center and is serviced by two family physicians.
