family membership includes a husband/wife (or equivalent to) and children
15-18 years of age.
Every membership includes 24 hour access,
orientation and a personal program. There will be a staff member on site
each week (specific times will be posted) to assist members with the
equipment. If a member would like to have a personal physical assessment
(muscular strength, endurance and flexibility) and a program designed for
his/her specific needs and goals they may do so for a cost of $40.00.
Fat caliper testing $20
(two tests 8 – 10 weeks apart). If a member wants to have their program
revisited after 3 months they may do so for a cost of $20.00.
