The audience will include a few politicians, exhibition directors, university reps, GCDC and Agri-business reps. I would also like to announce that the Farmer’s Market is in capable hands as Lorna Hamilton has come forward to manage the business end of the market. Lorna will do well as she has a number of years experience in the financial agriculture industry. I know that she will bring new ideas to improve our market and address any problems it may encounter. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Irene and Dwayne Drinkwater for their many years of loyal service. The CDC’s job was very simple under your administration. An excellent job folks! If you are interested in having a "birthday" celebration please let a member of the CDC committee know. Any ideas are welcome. The date of the next meeting is Tuesday, May, 20th, 2003 at 7:00pm.
