The 13th annual meeting of the Glenboro Community Development Corporation was called to order by incoming chairperson Glen Tosh on February 20th, 2004. Approximately 200 people enjoyed a delicious roast beef dinner supplied by the Spruce Woods Inn.

Joan Neale presented the financial report with a cash and term deposit balance of $7,741.00 and accounts receivable of $4,678.00. The CWLP loan fund totals $40,759.00. There are total assets of $53,178.00 and total liabilities and equity of $53,178.00. The GCDC has a deficit of $1,869.00 this year.

Glen Tosh gave the Chairman’s report for the absent Cliff Cullen.

This year Agnes Witherspoon from the Glenboro and Area Foundation announced the recipients of the 2004 grants.
