Theatre: A Bingo was worked in Winnipeg on June 23rd.  Thank you to all of those who volunteered their time to travel in.  Tenders have closed for the insulation and siding project and a decision will be made shortly.

Camel Park & Signage:   No report

6.2            Museum:    Dayna Prost will be our student manager for this year. Our Hamburger Hotdog days will be on Thursdays this year with the first one being July 5th.  Hope to see everyone out.

6.3            Business and Industry:  Discussing what to do for Sara‘s 30th birthday next year.

6.4            Economic Development Officer:  I travelled to Winnipeg on June 20th to help promote the Parks Route and Glenboro at the Red River Exhibition.  Quite a few people passed through the Manitoba tent but I feel this does not take the place of Discover Manitoba, where people were actually looking for vacation destinations.

The new postcards have arrived and are available at various locations around town.

The Southwest Regional Round table is putting the finishing touches on the final results from the Business Retention and Expansion survey which was done in the area this past winter.  There is a lot of important information which will come from these survey results and will give the group the tools they require to form a new work plan.
