Development Officer: I
travelled to Winnipeg on June 20th to help promote the Parks Route
and Glenboro at the Red River Exhibition. Quite
a few people passed through the Manitoba tent but I feel this does not take the
place of Discover Manitoba, where people were actually looking for vacation
destinations. The
new postcards have arrived and are available at various locations around town. The
Southwest Regional Round table is putting the finishing touches on the final
results from the Business Retention and Expansion survey which was done in the
area this past winter. There is a
lot of important information which will come from these survey results and will
give the group the tools they require to form a new work plan. 7. New Business 7.1
