Meeting was
called to order at 7:00 pm. 2.
Approval of Minutes from October 24th, 2007.

4. Old Business 4.1 Town
Signs: The white rock has been put into place.
The lights are not strong enough with the glare from the hydro station.
The committee is thinking of maybe repainting the signs. Earl is meeting with MTS to discuss the location of the other
sign. 4.2 Review
of the Round Table Report: Pending for now 4.3 Training
Assistance: Still under discussion 4.4 Vacancy
at Vet Clinic: The vet board is exploring possibilities. 4.5 Peter
Sawatzky Commission: Letters were written and sent out with Peters’ DVD and
Catalogue. 5. Correspondence 5.1 None

Hall: Monthly
progress was discussed Theatre: Monthly progress was discussed Camel Park & Signage: New Flags will be purchased. 6.2 Museum:
Monthly progress was discussed 6.3 Business
and Industry: Monthly progress was discussed 6.4 Economic
Development Officer: We are
looking into the possibility of building Public Washrooms.
Robert is in the process of gathering information.
Chris
is waiting for the final approval from Ottawa for the musical Ride to be held in
Glenboro on Wednesday, August 13, 2008. Remember
to send in your nominees for the resident of distinction award for this year. 7. New Business 7.1
