of April 20th, 2010 Held
at the Village/RM Office Present:
Curtis Wytinck, Ernestine Sepke, Earl Malyon, Wayne Davidson, Chris

Meeting was called to order by Curtis at 7:00 pm. 2.
Approval of Minutes from Tuesday, March 16th, 2010.

Correspondence

Thank you cards were received from Sharon and Sherman Leader and also one
from Trevor and Christine Tang at the Ho Ho Cafι.

Government of Manitoba re: water at Hall Drinking water at a public
building must be tested. Chris will send in a sample. 5.
Old Business 5.1
Town Signs The Homecoming sign has been put up at the Broadway
entrance to town and the location of the second Glenboro sign will be finalized. 5.2
Hall work party & Job description Will be discussed at out
May 18th meeting.
5.3
Welcome Wagon A letter will be written asking if they require
assistance or items for the baskets that are distributed.
5.4 Housing Information is being gathered
on the feasibility of developing new housing lots.
5.5 Age Friendly Manitoba A Community
meeting will be held on June 1st, 2010. Details are being worked out with the group from Winnipeg. 6.

Committee Reports 7.1
Properties:
Hall A Diaper change unit has been
purchased and will be installed in the larger washroom.
Theatre The insulating and siding if the front
is complete and a new LED sign has been ordered. 7.2
Business and Industry Ag Day great presentation
but attendance was down. 7.3
Museum We did better at the bonspiel this year than last year.
Sixty percent of Memberships have come in and are still coming in.
On June 2nd we are planning a come and go for all those who
have participated in opening, running and donating items for our museum.
Carol will be looking into flowers for the front flower beds.
We will be doing the pancake breakfast at the Community hall on July 1st.
On July 3rd we will be celebrating our 10th
anniversary with a luncheon from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm. We will also be handing out gift bags when you come to
register for the homecoming weekend. 7.4
Manitoba homecoming 2010 A
meeting will be held on April 26th and a finalized schedule will be
available soon. 8.
Date of Next Meeting: May 18th , 2010 7pm at
the Hall Hall Committee to also be in attendance. 9.
Adjournment: Meeting was adjourned at 7:45 pm.
