INVITATION TO BID
1971 Mobile Home
Sealed bids will be received by the undersigned up to 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 9, 2024, for the purchase and removal of the following mobile home (and remaining contents) owned by the Municipality of Glenboro South Cypress, and located at 109 James Street in Glenboro:
1971 mobile home w/ wood skirt
66 feet by 14 feet
The hitch and axles are attached to the above however there are no tires or rims. The purchaser is responsible for removing the aforementioned from the property by April 30th, 2024. The mobile home must be permanently removed from within the boundaries of Ward 4 (Glenboro) of the Municipality of Glenboro South Cypress.
Prior to commencing any work, the purchaser must apply for a “Removal Permit” from the Cypress Planning District.
The Municipality shall be responsible for capping the sewer line and decommissioning the sandpoint well.
The site must be left in clean condition.
Bid envelopes must be sealed and clearly marked “Mobile Home.”
