Disaster
Relief - IMPORTANT NOTICE
The village of
Glenboro and the RM of South Cypress applied for disaster assistance when many
basements experienced flooding due to a high water table in the spring of
2011. This type of ground water seepage is NOT covered by
insurance. If you had cleanup or damage as a result of ground water
seepage into your basement either through your sandpoint or cracks in your
foundation, you have a legitimate claim for disaster assistance.
IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REPLY TO YOUR APPLICATION, OR
if your claim has been denied,
make sure you write an appeal letter. Contact Linda Rankmore at 827-2667
or 827-2009. For further information regarding this "Flood 2011" issue,
